Yes, you first need to apply for an account to place an order because we need to validate you as a reselling customer in the display and sign industry. We do not sell to end customers. After you have received our validation email you can see our exclusive trade pricing, you can place orders online 24/7 and access our image and media libraries to create your own marketing materials or update your website.
If you would like to order or see our prices you need to register your company and open an account. You can do this by filling out the registry form that you can find when creating an account. After our validation you can log in and see our prices and start to order.
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and we are here to help and solve your problems if they arise. We offer a 2-year warranty on material and construction faults on all our displays.
Yes, you can see all the discounts right below the menu bar. All discounts are per order volume, not per product, model or size. All discounts are subtracted automatically on your invoice.
No, this is not possible. In order to have the most competitive prices for our displays we created an automated system that allows you to pay online right after you received the complete invoice with transport costs. The order will only be shipped after we have received the money on our bank account. With this payment system we can lower our overhead costs which ultimately results in better prices for you.
Your invoice will be send to you by email. You can also download it in PDF-format from your account when logged in.
The delivery time depends on the moment of ordering, method of payment and destination. If you order and your payment is received by us before 12:00hr the displays are sent out the same day. If the destination is in Holland the order will arrive the next day. If the destination is elsewhere in Europe, it will take 2-3 days to arrive.
Yes, all orders that are processed and picked up by the courier can be followed with a track and trace link. This link will be provided to you in an email and can also be found in your personal account.

Yes this is possible but you will have to pay for the shipping costs to and from your address. Next to this the products have to be returned in good working order.
Yes this is no problem. Your name can be printed on the label as being the sender. Your customers are not our target, we only sell to resellers.
